Now when I boot up the boot process stalls at "bringing up eth0..." and stays there forever (if I let it :)). Can I get around this to change the irq back to 10? I DO NOT have a virus scan check my floppy after each boot up. ( I don't even have a virus scan installed on my computer) 4. in Control F8 bootup/Safemode and remove any and all drivers you find for the floppy from the device manager and also it's controllers and re-boot and let windows re-install it.
